Prem Mandir was built by Jagadguru Kripalu Ji Maharaj. Kripalu Maharaj was the supreme devotee of Shri Radha Krishna. He has given a wonderful gift to the whole world in the form of Prem Mandir. His purpose in building this temple is to spread the devotion of Radha Krishna to people all over the world.
The construction work of Prem Mandir was started in January 2001 and it took almost 11 years to build this temple.
The height of this temple is 125 feet and the length is 122 feet. At the same time, the width of the temple is about 115 feet. The Prem Mandir was opened to the public for darshan from 15 February to 17 February 2012.
It is said that about 1000 craftsmen have contributed to making this grand Prem Mandir. The temple is built with marble stones that were imported from Italy.
After working hard day and night, the construction work of this temple was completed and its craftsmanship is amazing and incomparable.
Prem Mandir is different from the ancient temples of Vrindavan because it is a man-made temple and it was constructed only a few years back. But this temple holds a special place in the hearts of the devotees visiting Vrindavan and is also the center of the main attraction.
A huge building has been constructed for the Satsang in the temple. In which 25000 thousand people can sit simultaneously. This building is called Prem Bhavan. Which was opened to the general public in the year 2018.

With the help of 1000 craftsmen, also known as the grandeur of Prem Mandir, which was built in about 11 years, this temple is spread over 54 acres.
If we talk about the height of the temple, then the Prem Mandir of Vrindavan is 125 feet high, 122 feet long, and 115 feet wide, Italian white marble was used to build this temple, and the carvings here are of Nagara style, which are on the walls. Or the pillar is cut from below.
The carving done on the walls of the main temple attracts the mind, there are very beautiful statues of Radha Krishna and Sita Ram in the temple, and there is such an arrangement that you can sit in front of the statues of Shri Krishna Radha.
On each wall of the temple, you will feel the Raas Leela of Krishna Radha.
Radha Krishna’s songs, couplets, etc. are written at different places in the temple, which introduce us to our culture, every door and window of the temple has been made very beautiful, and the chandeliers inside add to the beauty of the temple.
The entire temple is lit up with attractive chandeliers. All the doors and windows are also beautifully made.
The floors and walls are decorated with colorful semi-precious stones, depicting vines with flowers and buds.
The carvings on the main sanctum and its ceiling are extraordinary and attractive. The inner walls of the temple are inlaid using semi-precious stones with selected verses extracted from ‘Prem Ras Madira’ and ‘Radha Govind Geet’ written by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj.

Prem Mandir Vrindavan Opening Timings This temple is opened thrice a day.
First of all the temple is opened at 5:30 in the morning and closed by offering bhog at 6:30 in the morning, then at 8:30 in the morning the temple is opened for darshan and closes at 12:30 in the afternoon, then in the evening love The temple is opened at 4:30 pm and closes at 8:30 pm.
This was the time of the temple, you can go for your own darshan, but if you want to see the fantastic view of Vrindavan’s Prem Mandir, then you can choose in the evening. In the evening it is bathed in rainbow colors in the temple and the different colors of Allah scattered everywhere are very attractive.

In the evening, you must see the supernatural scene of the temple because in the evening laser light is thrown on the Prem Mandir, due to which the color of the temple changes again and again. After sunset, the entire temple is illuminated with the evening laser light of Prem Mandir, and the color of the temple changes every 5 minutes.
You can see the musical digital fountain only at around 7 in the evening.

You can see Jhulan Lela, Kaliya Nag Leela, Ras Leela, and Govardhan Parvat Leela of Shri Krishna on the temple premises.
Important Information of Prem Mandir Vrindavan
Entrance to Prem Mandir is completely free, the entrance of the temple is on the side of the road, Prem Mandir is written on the entrance and this door is very grand and is visible from a distance.
On going inside from the entrance, there is Prem Mandir in front, which is made of white marble, in the rest of the complex you will either see greenery or tableaux or artifacts related to the life of Shri Krishna have been made.
Through these artifacts, you can see Shri Krishna lifting the Govardhan mountain. Some of the artifacts have been shown to Shri Krishna’s Ras Leela, Shri Krishna’s childhood, Gopis, Mother Yashoda Nand Baba, Kanha’s Child Sakha, etc. Artifacts can also be seen.
There is also a very beautiful parikrama path in the Prem Mandir, in which 48 panels have been made which are related to the life of Shri Krishna, the pictures of Shri Krishna’s Leela on the walls also look beautiful.
On the ground floor of this Prem Mandir, you will see Shri Krishna-Radha, along with them there are also the statues of their beloved eight Mahasakhi.
The doors of the sanctum sanctorum on the ground floor have been made of sandalwood. the statues of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj and Shri Sukhdev Paramhans have also been installed on this floor.
On the first floor of the temple, along with the beautiful idols of Sita Ram, there is also a statue of Hanuman Ji and apart from this the statues of Rasik saints and Jagadgurus are also on this floor.
You can do photography in Prem Mandir, but it is strictly forbidden to take photos in the sanctum sanctorum.
Musical Digital Fountain Prem Mandir Vrindavan
There is a fountain in this temple complex, this musical fountain is run only in the evening. The musical digital fountain timings of Prem Mandir are 7:30 pm in summer and 7 pm in winter.
Summer time is 1st April to 30th September for Musical Digital Fountains and winter time is 1st October to 31st March. People call this fountain Musical Fountain Show.
A free shoe house has been built on the temple premises, please take off your slippers in the shoe house built on the temple premises. Drinking water is available on the temple premises. There is also a canteen on the temple premises where you get pure Vaishno food ( Vegetarian Food ).
There is also a parking facility here, so if you are coming by your own car, then you can park your vehicle in the parking of the temple.
There is a shop on the temple premises that has an audio-video library where you will find things related to spirituality, you can buy them.
